I've caught a cold recently and was too lazy to go out this afternoon so I decided to stay home and rest. I actually brought home some work which I was planning to do over the weekend but being ill just gave me a convenient excuse not to do any. So I ended up spending my lazy Sunday afternoon playing around with my digital camera and taking pictures of some miniatures which I've had for quite sometime now...

What I've posted here are some miniatures from The Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game by Games Workshop. It's the same company that makes the Warhammer
tabletop games. These figures are from the Fellowship of the Ring box set
. The 28mm miniatures are metal
and came unpainted
. You will also need to mount each of the figures to a plastic base which came with the set.
I don't really play the game but I am a fan of the books and the films. I did admire the fine detailing on the miniatures and purchased them more for their display value.
